General Statements
All payments made through RiotModels are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Platform. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or rejected depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current subscription period.
Models agree to be financially responsible for refunds associated with purchases of their Content, including applicable transaction and processing fees, except where otherwise required by law or agreed by the Platform. Refund amounts and related fees may be deducted from the Model's available account balance or offset against future payments.
Previously incurred payment processing, transaction, and other service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Time Frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of the corresponding purchase or subscription payment. Requests submitted after this period will generally not be considered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, the Subscriber must contact [email protected] from their registered email address and provide the reason for the request, the amount, and sufficient details to identify the transaction, including any available payment reference or cryptocurrency transaction ID.
We will review the request and notify the Subscriber of its approval or rejection by email. We reserve the right not to provide detailed explanations for discretionary refund decisions.
Refund requests should be submitted by the affected account holder. Requests from third parties may be rejected unless the person submitting the request is legally authorized to act on the account holder's behalf and provides satisfactory verification.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Any approved refund must therefore be processed as a separate transaction rather than a reversal of the original payment.
Approved cryptocurrency refunds will be processed through an available supported payment method, subject to applicable law, technical limitations, and necessary verification. The refund amount, payment currency, and any applicable conversion or network fees will be communicated before processing.
Where fraud, scraping, unauthorized redistribution of Content, account sharing, or other misuse of the Platform is confirmed, we reserve the right to reject discretionary refund requests associated with such activity.
These provisions do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Unauthorized Content Distribution
Subscribers who reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or otherwise share Content obtained through RiotModels without the necessary authorization may be denied discretionary refunds and may be subject to additional measures under our Terms of Service.
Failed Promises
RiotModels does not guarantee the quantity, frequency, quality, or suitability of Content published by individual Models.
Disappointment with Content or a Model's failure to meet subjective expectations does not automatically entitle the Subscriber to a refund.
Models are primarily responsible for fulfilling their advertised commitments. Disputes concerning promised but undelivered Content should initially be addressed with the Model. RiotModels reserves the right to review cases involving material misrepresentation, non-delivery, or technical failures and determine an appropriate resolution, including a refund where warranted.
Interpersonal Relationships
Personal disagreements, conflicts, or disputes between Models and Subscribers, whether online or offline, do not independently constitute grounds for refunds or Platform intervention, unless they involve violations of our Terms of Service, applicable law, or other circumstances warranting review.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not been received within the communicated timeframe, the Subscriber should contact [email protected] with the relevant refund details.
Cryptocurrency refunds may be subject to blockchain confirmation times, network conditions, and payment service provider processing requirements.
Threshold and Account Restrictions
If a Model accumulates excessive refunds, payment disputes, or other payment-related risk indicators, RiotModels may withhold payments, establish or increase reserves, restrict monetization, or suspend the account in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable policies.
