Sharing your information with third-party verification services
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We have procedures to ensure that we do not knowingly offer our services to, or collect personal information from anyone under 18 or anyone using a false identity.
These procedures involve passing the following information to third-party services to verify the information. If you initiate the registration process, then you do so on the clear understanding that your personal data will be transferred to that third-party and processed accordingly. We reserve the right to change the third parties as and when necessary without special notice.
The data we share with third parties for verification purposes is ("Verification Data"):

To a certain degree, some of the provided information may be shared with third-party services that are employed in receiving payments from Subscribers and sending payouts to Models. For these providers, we recommend that you read their Privacy Policies and Terms of Service so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.
Sharing your information with third-party monitoring services
Some financial institutions involved in processing payments do require to have access to the information/content published on this Platform by the Users (Subscribers and Models). Such entities are acting upon their own strict security protocols and Terms of Service, that we aren't responsible for. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to read all related documents so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.

When you click on links on our platform, they may take you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Jurisdiction
Remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

What information is collected
When you initiate a subscription on RiotModes.com ("Platform"), as part of this transaction we collect the following information:
- your full name;
- your physical location (residential or business address);
- your actual and valid email address;
- your date of birth;
- a valid, unexpired copy of your passport or other verified government-issued ID;
- your banking credentials (depending on the payout method you select).
We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as profile pictures, a profile name, a short profile description, or other useful identifying information.
Your credit card data is stored through a PCI-compliant payment gateway service data storage. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of all major credit card brands. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Service and its service providers.
When you browse our Platform, we also automatically receive the following technical information that helps us to improve our services and pinpoint the technical issue, whenever applicable:
- details about how you have used our services;
- access times;
- IP address;

Changes to the Policy

If our Platform is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to offer our services to you.
How long we keep your content
User Content
Any User at any time can delete any content that belongs to this User. The content consists of pictures or footage of the User, comments, messages, or other graphic or textual information entered by this User while using the Platform.
Other Personal Data
If any User closes the account, the personal data that relates to the use of the Platform and payment details we collected will be stored and subsequently deleted after 6 (six) months.
However, the Company has to retain information about all money transactions for 7 (seven) years. This is a legal requirement as IRS can investigate our financial records for that period and we need to retain details of payments made by you and to you.
